Delivery and Shipping Processes
- Shipping Time: In-stock products are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
- Our Cargo Partners: Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG Kargo (or the company's contracted carriers)
- Shipping Fee: Free shipping is offered for orders above a certain amount. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at the cart stage.
- Tracking Code: When your order is shipped, a cargo tracking number will be sent to your email address or via SMS. You can also track your order on our 'Order Tracking' page.
- Delivery Area: We ship to all parts of Turkey. (No international shipping)
In cases of damaged cargo, please have a Damage Assessment Report filled out by the courier when receiving the product.
