Return Policy (Google Merchant Center Compatible)

• Return Period: You can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date without stating any reason.
• Return Conditions: Products must be unused, unmounted, and their box and packaging must be undamaged. Parts whose originality is compromised upon attempted assembly, such as electronic control units, cannot be returned.
• Return Process: For your return request, you must first contact us via our WhatsApp line or by writing to [e-mail address] to obtain return approval.
• Return Shipping Fee: For faulty and incorrectly sent products, the return shipping fee is borne by us, while for returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, it is borne by the customer.
• Refund: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is approved, your refund will be transferred to the credit card/account you used for payment within 3-5 business days.
